You have 14 business days from the moment of receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To carry out the return, you have 2 options:

• Send us an email to mjtxikimart@gmail.com with your order number, email, phone number, and the reason for the return. We will then call you by phone or send you an email with the instructions you must follow to send the material back.
• Call us by phone at 94 602 11 68 and we will assist you personally.

Please note that you cannot use or handle the products. The material must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
The right of withdrawal exists to allow you to examine the products in the same way you would in a physical store.
In case of return, the buyer will have to pay the shipping costs incurred for delivery (if you benefited from free shipping) and for the return.
Once we receive the merchandise at our warehouse and verify that all the above conditions are met, the product return will be accepted and the refund of the amount will be processed (minus shipping costs).
The refund will always be made using the same payment method you used (Bank Transfer or Credit Card).
