Delivery and Payment Information

At the Mjtxikimart food store, you can choose from different payment methods: Credit card payment and bank transfer.

SHIPPING COSTS

• Mainland Spain: Shipping costs are €8.99 (VAT included) for orders under €120. Free shipping for orders over €120.
• Balearic Islands and Mainland Portugal: Shipping costs are €12.99 (VAT included)
• Orders picked up by customers at our physical store in Getxo (Biscay) have no shipping costs.
• We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or Madeira/Azores.

PERMANENT STOCK

All products offered in our online store are generally in stock, so once payment has been completed, the order is ready for delivery to the shipping carrier.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be received within 24-72 hours in Spain (Mainland) and within 48-96 hours in Portugal and the Balearic Islands, on business days, excluding holidays.

If any item is temporarily unavailable, Mjtxikimart will contact you to inform you of the shortage, and you will decide whether to proceed with the shipment or cancel the order.

All items offered at mjtxikimart.com include VAT.

Frozen products are only available for in-store pickup or home delivery service.

SHIPPING ZONES

Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, and Mainland Portugal. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or Madeira/Azores.

PAYMENT METHODS

There is no minimum order. You can choose from the following payment methods:

• Credit Card Payment (Redsys 100% Secure)
• Bank Transfer (shipment will be made once payment is received)
• In-Store Pickup: Orders picked up by customers at our physical store have no shipping costs. Pickup will be during store hours at: Calle Gobela, 24, LT3 – 48930 Getxo (Biscay).
