Golden Turtle for Chefs’ 22cm Round Rice Paper (500g) is a premium ingredient designed for the catering industry and lovers of Asian cuisine . Made in Vietnam with rice from the Mekong Delta, this pack contains approximately 45 translucent sheets, ideal for preparing fried spring rolls or fresh summer rolls . 

1. Quick hydration: Submerge the leaves one at a time in warm water for 5 to 10 seconds . Don’t wait for them to soften completely in the water; they will finish becoming pliable on the work surface in a few seconds. 

2. Hand preparation: Always keep your hands dry when removing the sheets from the original package. Wet hands will cause the dehydrated rice paper to stick permanently to your skin or gloves.

3. Assembly and closing: Place the chosen filling (cellophane noodles, crunchy vegetables, aromatic herbs, prawns or tofu) at the bottom end of the wafer. Fold the sides towards the center and roll firmly from the bottom up.
